The building, designed on a roadside plot in the İncesu neighborhood of Samsun’s Atakum district, consists of 24 one-bedroom apartments (1+1). The building mass was designed with a brutalist form, taking into account its orientation toward the road. The interiors of the apartments were designed to offer hotel-room comfort, with all furniture integrated into the structure. Prioritizing functional design, the apartments aim to maximize efficiency in small spaces.
