The building, designed on a sloping plot with a 9.00-meter elevation difference and a sea view in the Atakum district of Samsun, aims to bring dynamism to the area. The structure was designed to align with the land’s natural slope, with apartments strategically positioned to maximize views, shaping the overall form of the building. The use of exposed concrete and rusted surface claddings was balanced by the generous incorporation of transparent surfaces. The 64-unit development includes various social amenities such as an underground parking garage, a spa, a heated indoor pool, and a gym.
